Unresolved: our VAT number and detailed data retention periods are not yet confirmed for publication here — we will not guess at them, and will update this page the moment they are.

1. Who this applies to

Anyone who uses our free demo, becomes a customer, or uses the Content Engine customer portal.

2. What we collect

Account and contact data (name, email, business name); demo submissions (business name, website, email); payment-related references once billing is live (handled by our payment provider — we do not hold full card details); usage data for support and improvement; brand and content data you supply to generate content.

3. Why we process it

To provide the service you've asked for (contract), to keep the service secure (legitimate interest), and, where separately requested, for marketing communications (consent, given and withdrawn independently).

4. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run Content Engine — currently understood to include Supabase, our AI providers, our workflow/CRM provider, and our payment provider. Full subprocessor list to be confirmed.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. Contact support@content-engine.pro.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll say clearly if a change applies retrospectively and why.
